Mô tả Công việc

The PtP Officer will be responsible for managing the Procure-to-Pay (PtP) process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, compliance with tax and company policies, and supporting month-end closing activities.

Main Tasks:

Invoice Verification and Processing

Cross-check invoices with OSR, BBTT, and PO listings.
Ensure completeness of documentation, accuracy of amounts, and detect duplicate transactions.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure payments comply with tax laws, banking regulations, and internal company policies.
Review tie-up contracts to control tax risks for the company.

Bank Account Validation

Validate the bank account details of outlets before processing payments.

Invoice Posting and Payment Proposal

Post invoices in the system and prepare payment proposals according to the schedule.

Support for Sales Team

Provide guidance on resolving issues related to business licenses, beneficiary names, and outlet agreements.

Month-End Closing Activities

Reconcile AP and PIT accounts, monitor long-outstanding balances with owners.
Post journal entries and manage GRN open and AP open balances.

Document Archiving

Maintain proper archiving of financial documents for internal and external audits.

Other Tasks

Assist with stock count activities.
Support both internal and external audit processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes and financial reporting standards.
