Mô tả Công việc

Develop and implement purchasing plans based on business needs.
Source, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers.
Conduct price negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on order fulfillment. -Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock.
Coordinate with internal departments (Business Development, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance) to ensure smooth procurement processes.
Handle overseas purchasing activities (if required).
Manage import and export of materials in compliance with regulations.
Prepare and draft purchasing contracts, support contract review and evaluation.
Track supplier performance and maintain supplier database.
Monitor market trends and regularly update price fluctuations of key materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Only recruiting women

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or import/export.
Good understanding of shipping processes, import customs procedures, and inventory control.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work with suppliers, forwarders and internal teams.
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability and sense of urgency.
Preferred good on communication in English.
