General Information

Work Location: Factory / Company Office in Tien Giang

Job Description

Strategic Purchasing Management

Develop procurement plans for raw materials (fresh coconuts, fruits, packaging, production supplies, etc.) aligned with production and business goals.
Build and implement sourcing strategies to ensure stable supply, quality standards, and cost optimization.
Monitor agricultural raw material markets and propose appropriate seasonal stockpiling plans.

Supplier Management

Source, evaluate, select, and develop a network of domestic and international suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
Conduct periodic evaluations of supplier performance regarding quality, price, and lead times.

Cost & Contract Control

Manage the procurement budget.
Draft and oversee sales and purchase contracts.
Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, and Production departments to ensure accurate data and seamless material flow

Team Management

Manage, train, and develop the purchasing staff.
Establish internal processes and regulations related to procurement activities.

Inter-departmental Coordination

Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Import-Export departments to ensure raw materials meet export standards.
Collaborate with the Import-Export team on customs procedures and documentation for importing supplies or exporting goods.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Import-Export, Supply Chain, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within the Food, Agricultural, or FMCG industries.
Preference is given to candidates with experience in purchasing agricultural materials (coconuts, fruits).

Skills

Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
Deep understanding of the agricultural market and supply chain.
Proficiency in planning and budget management.
Leadership and team management skills.
Good English communication skills (preferred)

Qualities

Honest with a high sense of responsibility.
Keen awareness of market fluctuations.
Ability to work under high pressure.

Tập đoàn Thabico được thành lập từ năm 1989 tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh với tên gọi Công ty TNHH SX TM DV Thanh Bình với tầm nhìn chiến lược "Nhà sản xuất và xuất khẩu sản phẩm từ nông sản hàng đầu Việt Nam"

Năm 2016 thành lập Công ty cổ phần công nghiệp Thabico tại Khu công nghiệp Linh Trung 3 Tỉnh Tây Ninh với công suất 20.000 tấn nước ép puree IFC và 10.000 tấn nước ép trái cây cô đặc và là nhà máy nước ép trái cây cô đặc lớn nhất Việt Nam được đầu tư băng công nghệ Tropical Machinery Food của Italia.
