Mô tả Công việc

Source electronic components based on prototype and production BOMs.
Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
Request and compare quotations to achieve the best price, lead time, and quality.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Ensure on-time delivery of materials to support engineering prototypes and manufacturing schedules.
Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Planning teams to ensure component availability.
Monitor market trends, component shortages, and alternative sourcing options.
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchase documentation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in the electronics industry.
Experience sourcing electronic components for PCB/PCBA is preferred.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and cost control skills
Excellent supplier relationship management
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in fast-paced prototype or high-mix manufacturing environments
