Mô tả Công việc

Candidates with experience in Oil & Gas, Marine or Offshore industry are preferred
Support Procurement Department
Receive purchase requisitions for purchased items and manages approval process
Review supplier’s quotation / terms and conditions, negotiate contractions and monitor the quality of service provided
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with overseas suppliers
Ensure all procurements are performed in accordance to company’s policies and procedures
Perform supplier re-evaluation periodically and ensure all required information, documentation; such as ISO Certificate, mill certificate are provided by suppliers
Perform regular benchmarks, sourcing activities to ensure a continuous cost control
Monitor and renew running contracts
Monitor in-house inventory (Consumables) and sufficiently replenished to meet outlets' demands
Maintain and update approved supplier list
Knowledgeable in handling Shipping documents, incoming shipment clearance will a plus
Any other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Suitable for those who wants to seize the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge
Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in Oil and Gas, Marine & Offshore industry
Proficient in Microsoft office Applications
Proficient in English
Able to work independently under minimal supervision, meticulous and organizes
