Mô tả Công việc

Biên chế thuộc Phòng Đảm bảo Chất lượng, báo cáo trực tiếp cho Trưởng phòng Đảm bảo chất lượng, An toàn, Vệ sinh & Môi trường (QAHSE), vị trí này có trách nhiệm chính như sau:

Xây dựng và phát triển hệ thống quản lý chất lượng, các hoạt động tuân thủ thông qua phối hợp liên phòng ban và dưới sự chỉ đạo của Trưởng phòng QAHSE.
Giám sát và duy trì hệ thống chất lượng, an toàn thực phẩm, tuân thủ các hướng dẫn của hệ thống (FSMA, HACCP/FSSC, ISO,..).
Theo dõi và nâng cao các chỉ số của Hệ thống Quản lý QAHSE.
Quản lý các tài liệu chất lượng của nguồn cung cấp (nhà sản xuất và nhà cung cấp).
Chuẩn bị và đảm bảo sự sẵn sàng cho các cuộc Thanh tra/Đánh giá Nội bộ và Bên ngoài từ Cơ quan nhà nước, Khách hàng, các tổ chức chứng nhận, phía thứ ba,...
Tham gia vào các hoạt động của phòng QAHSE (điều tra, dự án, triển khai hệ thống của QAHSE,...).
Thực hiện những nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên

Belonging to Quality Assurance Department (QA Team) and reporting directly to Manager of Quality Assurance, Health, Safet & Environment (QAHSE), this position has the main responsibilities:

To implement and develop the quality management system, coordinate compliance activities through cross-functional teams and under direction of the QAHSE Manager
To monitor and maintain the quality, food safety system to comply with guidelines of system (FSMA, HACCP/FSSC, ISO standards)
To follow up and improve the QAHSE Management Systems indicators
To manage the quality documents of source databases (manufacturers and suppliers)
To prepare and ensure the readiness of the Internal and External Audit/ Inspections from Authority, Customers, certification agencies, third parties,..
To participate in the QAHSE’s activities (investigations, projects, QAHSE system implementation,..)
To perform other tasks required by line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc thạc sỹ (ưu tiên các ngành Công nghệ thực phẩm, Công nghệ sinh học, Hóa dược,..)
Có hơn năm năm kinh nghiệm trong công ty áp dụng cùng các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng
Có kiến thức/hiểu biết sâu rộng về Thực hành tốt sản xuất (GMP), Hệ thống an toàn thực phẩm (HACCP, FSSC), ISO
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường An toàn thực phẩm/Dược
Có kiến thức về các tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, quy định pháp luật về các sản phẩm thú y và thuỷ sản
Có kỹ năng phân tích, thuyết phục và cẩn thận
Chịu được áp lực công việc và có thể làm việc độc lập
Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh (nghe, nói, đọc, viết)
Chăm chỉ, liêm chính, tinh thần hợp tác
Ưu tiên sinh sống tại Đồng Nai hoặc sẵn sàng chuyển về gần nơi làm việc (Ngã ba Trị An, Trảng Bom
Nơi làm việc: KCN Sông Mây, Bình Minh, Đồng Nai.

Master or University degree (Food Technology, Bio technology, Pharmaceuticals,.. is preferred)
More than 5 years experience in a company applied the same quality standards
Strong knowledge in the quality standards and its guidelines: HACCP Codex, FSSC, ISO standards, GMP
Experience working in the Food safety / Pharma environment is preferred
Knowledge of quality principles, laws and regulations of livestock and fishery products
Careful, analytical, deductive and persuasive skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good command in English (writing, reading, listening and speaking)
Hardworking, compliant, team-spirited
Living in Dong Nai or willing to relocate near the working place is preferred.
Working place: Song May IZ, Binh Minh Commune. Dong Nai.
