Mô tả Công việc

1. Job Purpose

To ensure garment quality meets customer requirements and company standards throughout the production process at external sewing and washing factories, from pre-production to final inspection.

2. Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production & Internal Sizeset

Review and inspect ISS (Internal Sizeset) before and after wash for quality and measurements.
Analyze issues and coordinate corrective action plans with Evolution3 and factories.
Participate in PP (Pre-Production) meetings to provide quality feedback and production risk assessments.

Cutting Process Control

Conduct inline inspections and monitor compliance with cutting procedures.
Inspect and approve fabric defects, shading, panel replacements, and related quality concerns.
Resolve quality issues arising during the cutting process.

First Output Inspection

Before Wash
- Inspect workmanship according to approved samples and technical documents.
- Verify measurement test samples provided by sewing factories for wash testing.
- Communicate and report quality or measurement issues to factories for corrective action.
After Wash
- Evaluate garment quality and measurements after washing.
- Coordinate with washing factories to confirm wash recipes, temperatures, shrinkage, and measurement results.
- Provide feedback and corrective actions for post-wash quality issues.
- Issue quality reports and communicate with related factories when required.

Inline Inspection & Factory Monitoring

Conduct inline inspections at sewing factories.
Monitor production quality and identify potential risks.
Coordinate between sewing and washing factories to resolve quality issues.
Review and approve packing samples, including ironing, hangtags, labels, buttons, and packaging components.
Perform inline inspections during packing stages (10%–30% completion).
Approve corrective actions and production solutions.

Pre-Final Inspection

Conduct pre-final inspections when 50%–70% of goods are packed.
Identify and segregate defective products.
Ensure corrective actions are implemented before final inspection.

Final Inspection

Conduct final inspections when 100% of goods are packed.
Verify compliance with customer standards, quality requirements, and shipment readiness.

Reporting

Prepare and submit inspection reports in the WFX system.
Update quality status and inspection results to customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.

Other Duties

Perform other tasks assigned by the QA/QC Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Experience

High school diploma or higher.
Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within the garment industry.
Experience with denim products is highly preferred.
Experience working directly with external factories is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of garment quality standards and inspection procedures.
Ability to measure garments accurately and evaluate workmanship.
Understanding of sewing, washing, finishing, and packing processes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Language

Ability to read and understand English technical documents and quality standards.

Mindset & Attributes

Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
Proactive and responsible.
Able to work independently and travel frequently to factories.
Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
