Mô tả Công việc

In order to fulfill the above-mentioned responsibilities, the QC staff is requested to perform the following tasks:

Ensure that quality control of raw materials is properly conducted according to the work instructions of the QC Department.
Check the quality of raw materials delivered to the factory.
Inspect the quality of new raw material samples supplied by the Purchasing Department and report the results to the QC Manager.
Analyze all raw materials according to the required specifications.
Inspect blocked raw materials before they are processed in production.
Report testing results to the QC Manager and complete records as required.
Keep, store, and dispose of samples as requested.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University graduate in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
Computer literate with intermediate English proficiency.
Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in the food industry are welcome.
Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems is an advantage

With a stable production process, orana Vietnam has received the international certificates on food safety system: ISO 9001:2000 (2004), FSSC 22000 (2018), Halal (2013), HACCP (2018), ISO 14001-2015 (2020), FDA (2023).
