Mô tả Công việc

Dunlopillo Vietnam is looking for an experienced professional in ISO, Quality Management System (QMS), and Environmental Management System (EMS) to join our team and contribute to maintaining world-class standards in product quality and environmental sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QMS Compliance (ISO 9001)

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
Maintain and update SOPs related to QMS.
Conduct internal audits and follow up on non-conformance (NC) closure.
Support RCA and Corrective Action Reports (CARs).
Coordinate with Production/Quality teams on Pre-Production Approval (PPA) and related quality checks.

2. EMS Compliance (ISO 14001)

Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and environmental regulations.
Monitor and report on waste, emissions, and energy usage.
Support initiatives to reduce waste and environmental impact.
Coordinate with Factory teams on safe handling/disposal of hazardous materials.

3. Audits, Inspections & Certifications

Assist in preparing for ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 audits.
Conduct internal audits (supplier audits when required).
Maintain compliance documentation and reports.

4. Training & Continuous Improvement

Provide basic training on QMS/EMS procedures.
Support quality and sustainability awareness activities.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environment, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in ISO/QMS/EMS roles.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and basic experience with internal audits.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to coordinate with Production/Quality/EHS teams and follow compliance procedures.
Male candidate preferred; age 25–40.
