JOB OBJECTIVE

Ensure that all solar rooftop systems implemented by INDEFOL SOLAR are designed, constructed, operated, and maintained in compliance with technical standards — delivering optimal performance, absolute safety, and long-term value for clients.

️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Inspection & Quality Evaluation

Perform inspection, supervision, and quality assessment of solar rooftop systems throughout all project stages: construction, operation, maintenance, and warranty.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure the system operates safely, stably, and achieves maximum efficiency.

2. Material & Equipment Quality Control

Inspect and evaluate the quality, quantity, and origin of materials and equipment used in projects.
Ensure all components and parts meet technical specifications, quality certifications, and project requirements.

3. Technical Coordination & Issue Resolution

Coordinate with technical, construction, and O&M teams to identify, analyze, and promptly resolve technical issues.
Propose preventive and corrective measures to improve processes, enhance system quality, and optimize operational costs.

4. Reporting & Quality Improvement

Prepare regular and ad-hoc quality inspection reports, summarize findings, and recommend improvements.
Participate in developing and refining internal QC procedures in alignment with international standards (ISO/IEC).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Graduated from College or University majoring in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related technical fields.
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in the electrical or renewable energy sector; candidates with experience in solar rooftop projects are preferred.
Solid understanding and application of electrical technical standards (IEC, TCVN, etc.).
Good knowledge of solar rooftop systems and their components (PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, monitoring systems).
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with technical tools and measurement instruments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specialized documentation.
Careful, honest, highly responsible, and willing to travel to project sites when required.
