Mô tả Công việc

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.

• Lead quality activities including APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA.

• Monitor production quality performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone methodologies.

• Manage non-conforming products and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and customers to resolve quality issues.

• Support internal, customer, and certification audits.

• Train and guide QC inspectors on quality standards and inspection methods.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Ability to operate and program CMM machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills for daily business activities.
