Position Overview: 

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to turn data into insights that shape sales strategies and business growth. You will build impactful dashboards, maintain KPI frameworks, deliver ad-hoc analysis, and collaborate with both stakeholders and Data Engineers to strengthen our data foundation and enable smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities 

Reporting Development Excellence 

Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards/reports (Power BI, Excel) to monitor sales performance and market trends.

Ensure reports are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.

Ad-hoc Analysis 

Deliver deep-dive analysis to support sales planning, distributor performance, and route-to-market strategies.

Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

KPIs & Data Models Ownership

Define, standardize, and maintain KPI frameworks and reporting logics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.

Manage and optimize sales-related datamarts, while contributing to data warehouse processes, integration, and governance to build a scalable and reliable data foundation.

Partner with Data Engineers to design and enhance data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, validated, and business-ready data for reporting and analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Route to Market, and external data providers (e.g., Nielsen) to align on data needs.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure analytics deliverables meet business objectives.

Project Management

Lead and support analytics initiatives with stakeholders, from requirement gathering to delivery and adoption.

Manage project timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of data-driven solutions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in data analytics or BI, ideally in FMCG/retail.
  • Strong foundation in report building (Power BI, Excel) and data operations (datamarts, warehouse, ETL).
  • Proficient in SQL & Power BI; Python a plus.
  • Comfortable working with FMCG data sources (Nielsen, external data provider).
  • Basic knowledge of statistics & probability to validate insights.
  • Be able to set up workflow automation with Power Automate.
  • Analytical thinker, detail-oriented, and a strong team player eager to grow.
