Mô tả Công việc

* Duties and Responsibilities:

- Explore new business opportunities and develop the sales network in order to expand our customers’ base: find and visit new customers, work in synergy with our sales’ offices in Europe, US and Asia,...

- Develop sales with current customers.

- Conduct market surveys and analyse competitors’ activities in order to define the correct strategy for the company (pricing, services, product ranges,...).

- Manage all steps for the first orders of new customers until reaching stable relation: negotiations, quotation, sampling, contracts, order follow up, on-time delivery, payment tracking,...

- Supervise Sales admin team in charge of all daily activities with our current customers.

- Make regular reporting as requested by Management.

- Participate to sales connected activities: trade fairs, factory visits, collections, website, pricing,...

* Relations:

- Reports directly to the Sales Manger and General Director.

- Cooperate with all departments: Technical department, Planning, Production, Sales administration team, Accounting department, and Import/Export department.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Few years experience in sales development

- Experience: technical background or product development or sales on metal products (any fields among: fashion, leather goods, luggage, shoes, furniture, gadgets, low cost jewellery, medals, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent English language skills.

- University or College degree

- Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreigner customers.

- Excellent organizational skills and work efficiency with the ability to work on an independent basis.

- High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.

- Able to work under the direction of a foreign management team.

Opened in 2001, Gritti® Vietnam is located in hamlet 1B, An Phu Village, Thuan An District, Binh Duong province, Vietnam. Our Italian parent company, Gritti Group Spa (www.grittigroup.com), is a famous name in European fashion buttons and accessories.

Our principle raw material sources are current shells from nature such as: Trochus shell, Mother of Pearl (white, yellow and black), Akoya, Abalone, River shell, etc. Initially set up to produce nature shell buttons and garment accessories, we produce also buttons from corozo.

Since 2007, our company has built a second factory to produce all the range of Polyester buttons (Torres, Nacar, Galastil, imitation horn, imaitation Mother of pearl, Cristal and others...).
