Mô tả Công việc

· Working Location: Bau Bang Factory

· Working time: 8:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Set sales quotas, monitor progress, and identify new market opportunities for sustainable growth.

2. Performance Management

Track and analyze team and individual sales performance to ensure target achievement.
Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to drive improvement and accountability.

3. Reporting & Administration

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
Manage and optimize the use of sales software and CRM systems to ensure data integrity and efficiency.

4. Client & Market Development

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine sales strategies.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and other departments to align strategies and deliver consistent brand messaging.

6. Team Leadership

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals.
Recruit and onboard new members, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in sales management; experience in the flexible packaging industry is a strong advantage.

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

· Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

A.J. Plast is a biaxially-oriented film manufacturer which achieves world-class quality and standard by utilizing experience, innovation, and advanced technology to maximize customer satisfaction.

Found in 1987, the head office is located in Bangkok. The factory is located in Laem Chabang industrial estate with an area of over 16 acres and receives promotional privileges from the Board of Investment Zone 3, Chonburi Province.

The company is capable of producing :

1. Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene film (BOPP)
2. Biaxially Oriented Polyester film (BOPET)

Ps. BOPET lines will be launch 2024

In November 2021, the company was registered to establish a joint venture company in Vietnam under the name A.J. Plast (Vietnam) Company Limited according to a Joint Venture Agreement with SCG Chemicals Company Limited.
