Mô tả Công việc

Consult and negotiate with customers regarding product-related requirements.
Receive orders, prepare quotations, check details, and draft contracts as requested.
Prepare shipping documents, monitor production status, and update delivery schedules.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve order-related issues.
Handle customer claims, inquiries, and payment collection.
Join internal meetings and report on sales progress regularly.
Carry out tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: Graduated from University
Experience: Having 1-2 relative years’ experience
Skills:
- Japanese: Advance, English: Upper-Intermediate.
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel,…).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Trading or Marketing.
- Hard working, eager to learn, and flexible in communication.
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
