We are seeking a SALES SPECIALIST to drive aggressive growth and exceed revenue targets across our Building Systems. This role focuses on delivering high-performance solutions—including Waterproofing, Flooring, Roofing, Refurbishment, Sealing & Bonding and Building Finishing —to  industrial and high-rise construction projects throughout the Southern region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for Sika.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for both yourself and your team.
  • Manage the sales cycle, including generating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer correspondence.
  • Provide technical expertise and product recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with credit control activities 
  • Manage assigned projects according to your Line Manager's direction.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports, sales forecasts, and other required planning documents.
  • Work effectively with colleagues and other departments to achieve shared goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your Line Manager (South Sales Manager)
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company information and documentation.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction/Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  • At least 3-4 years of experience Technical Sales in the building materials or chemical industry
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good English language skills.
