Senior Architect

• To manage various stages of development projects, from feasibility studies, handling authority requirements and construction progress.
• Experienced with entire project processes including authority submission, and to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes.
• Understand Vietnam building authorities’ requirements such as fire safety regulations, planning regulations.
• Able to manage number of projects independently.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, able to administer building contract (FIDIC), able to write specifications and contract documents for use by and for calling of tenders on behalf of clients.
• Able to lead the project team, liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors.
• Good project management skills, excellent communication and co-ordination skills, great conceptualization and presentation skills.
• To monitor and ensure all projects are on track, and identify site issues promptly.
• Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
• Applicants with Revit/ BIM skills will be preferred.
