What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Hunt & Drive New Business (Primary Focus)

  • Targeted Prospecting: Actively identify, target, and reach out to global Edutech companies, educational publishers, smart toy brands, and interactive learning manufacturers to unlock high-quality B2B leads.
  • Pitch & Sell the Solution: Effectively present and sell our integrated AI & Hardware platform as the premier solution for companies looking to embed cutting-edge AI into physical learning products and educational devices.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure with global B2B partners.
  • Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the global Edutech and smart learning ecosystems to build a robust pipeline.

Relationship Management & Strategy

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, decision leaders in education technology, and international partners.
  • Technical Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Edutech clients and our internal tech team to ensure our AI platform meets specific pedagogical and product requirements.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Evaluate sales performance, track KPIs, and provide timely strategic updates and pipeline reports to the executive team.

What You Bring (Requirements):

Experience: Minimum 4 years of a proven track record in B2B Sales or Business Development, with a strong preference for candidates coming from Edutech (Educational Technology), SaaS, Software/IT, or Interactive Hardware backgrounds.

Industry Network: An established, active network of international partners, educational institutions, global publishers, or smart educational device manufacturers is a major advantage.

Hunter Mentality: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and aggressive in opening doors within new market segments and closing complex B2B deals.

Language: Native-level or absolute fluency in English is a MUST (to negotiate with global partners).

Skillset: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate the value of AI in educational contexts.

Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of how AI and hardware integrate to confidently discuss technical solutions with clients.
