Mô tả Công việc

The Senior Customer Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading and executing integrated marketing communication (IMC) initiatives that directly support growth objectives for FE CREDIT among GenZ consumers, including demand creation, product consideration, and conversion.
Through tightly connected online and offline communication strategies, this role transforms brand positioning into performance-driven initiatives that accelerate customer engagement, stimulate financial needs, and drive adoption and usage of FE CREDIT’s financial products. By applying data, digital platforms, and customer insights, the position contributes to scalable customer acquisition, improved retention, increased lifetime value, and sustained revenue growth, whereas strengthening FE CREDIT’s presence across critical GenZ digital touchpoints.


Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the planning and execution of IMC campaigns across digital and on-ground channels to generate demand, accelerate consideration and drive conversion among GenZ customers, aligned with business growth targets and seasonal priorities
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Digital Acquisition, Product, and relevant stakeholders to translate growth objectives into high-impact concepts, insightful messaging frameworks, and out-of-the-box communication ideas that support customer acquisition, mobile application and ongoing usage across various channels
• Identify, propose and apply new growth enablers, including emerging platforms, technologies, formats, and engagement mechanics that resonate with GenZ behaviors and support measurable business outcomes
• Constantly monitor and analyze customer research, market trends, and competitor activities to ensure FE CREDIT’s communication strategies remain relevant, differentiated, and market-responsive
• Own end-to-end campaign performance management, including planning, budget allocation, performance tracking, optimization, and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring alignment with KPIs related to acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue contribution
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital performance agencies or within finance/banking organizations, with hands-on exposure to integrated marketing or customer engagement campaigns
• Strong strategic mindset combined with practical expertise in campaign management, digital optimization, data-driven decision making, and performance tracking
• Language proficiency: Vietnamese (fluent) & English (advanced - professional working proficiency)
