Mô tả Công việc

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (if applicable).
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues arising from stamping and assembly processes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
Develop and control quality documentation: Control Plans, PFMEA, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI).
Interface with customers on quality-related issues (complaints, audits, 8D reports).
Supervise and evaluate QA/QC team performance on the shop floor.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve processes and reduce defects.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
Train employees on quality standards, tools, and best practices.
Monitor and report key quality KPIs (PPM, FPY, Scrap Rate, etc.).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in metal stamping and assembly environments.
Strong knowledge of metal stamping processes, tooling (dies), and mechanical assembly.
Proficient in quality tools: 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D.
Experience working with international customers is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Good command of English (reading and writing required; speaking is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Minitab or similar statistical tools is preferred.
