Senior Sales Executive – Raw Materials for Home Care & Personal Care Sector/ Specialty Additives for Industry Sector

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically knowledgeable Sales Professional to drive business growth for our portfolio of

- Raw materials used in home care and personal care products (including surfactants, emulsifiers, preservatives, fragrances, conditioners, active ingredients, and specialty additives…).

- Specialty Additives for Industry Sector (including defoamer, leveling agent, dispersant, wetting agent, anti -settling agent…).

The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with technical understanding of the home & personal care industry and chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across manufacturers of home care and personal care products and manufacturers in chemical industrial segment.
  • Grow sales by promoting product benefits, performance, and application advantages.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet volume and margin targets.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge

  • Understand formulation trends in home care and personal care applications (e.g., shampoos, skincare, detergents, fabric softeners).
  • Coordinate sampling, trials, and product evaluations with customers.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address customer technical inquiries and challenges.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in raw materials.
  • Identify potential areas for portfolio expansion or new product introduction.
  • Report customer feedback and market demand to management and marketing teams.

Sales Administration

  • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, visit reports, and update market intelligence.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Business, or related field (preferred).

Experience

  • > 3 years of experience in B2B sales of raw materials for personal care, home care, or specialty chemicals.
  • Highly preferred for own in hand existing customers/ suppliers contact list
  • Experience working with end users/suppliers in those segments.

Skills

  • Strong technical understanding of cosmetic and/or household formulations, and specialty products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage sales and close deals effectively.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
