<ul> <li>Be responsible for revenues of Talent Solutions and taking care of current customers</li> <li>Establish proposals professionally and meeting customer requirements</li> <li>Contact/ meet customers, uncover the needs and deliver the best solutions that helps customers solve recruitment needs (individual or BOD)</li> <li>Maintain the existing customer and building new customer relationships</li> <li> Follow up and monitoring the plans to ensure the commitments to customers</li> <li>Be representative to contact with customers for due payments</li> <li>Be representative to receive customers complaints about service quality and promptly proposing problem-solving to customers</li> <li>Propose the improvements of assigned services or products</li> <li>Implement other assignments by Director (if any)</li> <li>Report to Business Development Director/ Solution Manager (if any)</li> <li>fdfd</li> </ul>

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Đối với nhân viên mới tuyển dụng, FF tạo điều kiện cho các bạn được tiếp thu kiến thức thực tế thông qua việc học hỏi kinh nghiệm của Người FF đi trước. Cuối mỗi năm, tất cả nhân viên đều được đánh giá thành tích công việc. Những mục tiêu phát triển nghề nghiệp mà nhân viên đã đăng ký từ đầu năm được thảo luận giữa nhân viên với trưởng đơn vị nhằm xác định những điểm cần cải thiện và những điểm nổi bật. Nhân viên sẽ cải thiện các điểm yếu thông qua nhiều hình thức đào tạo. Các điểm nổi bật sẽ được Khối Quản trị nguồn nhân lực ghi nhận để làm căn cứ xem xét việc phát triển nghề nghiệp của nhân viên
