Mô tả Công việc

Job Purpose
Drive and optimize digital and social performance marketing (70%) while contributing to integrated marketing campaigns (30%) to support business growth. The role ensures effective execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

Job Accountabilities:
1. Performance Campaign Management: Co-plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

2. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze data, identify insights, and improve ROI and conversion

3. Stakeholder Management: Act as main contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and trust

4. Vendor & Budget Management: Liaise with agencies/vendors to ensure cost-effective execution within budget

5. Integrated Marketing Support: Contribute to broader campaigns including content and events

6. Project Management: Ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery

7. Reporting & Documentation: Deliver performance reports and manage campaign documentation

8. Process Improvement: Optimize workflows with agencies and internal teams

9. Innovation & Channel Expansion: Propose new channels and growth opportunities

10. Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to achieve marketing objectives

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics
3-5 years of working experience in Digital performance marketing (agency or in-house B2B/Tech)
Certifications (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) is a big plus
Growth Mindset & One-Team mindset
Proven Client Management and Problem Solving & Decision Making skills to build long-term client relationships and make timely, data-driven decisions.
Solid Project Management and Operation Management capabilities to deliver quality outcomes on time while balancing multiple priorities effectively.
