Purpose (Why the position exists, within which limits and according to which objectives?)

- Taxation management

- Control promotion programe

- Vendor master maintainance

1. Taxation

Prepare monthly VAT report and VAT refundable

Prepare annual CIT

Prepare WHT for overseas service payment

2. AP

Control vendor master data created by IT dept to ensure correctly before payment

Control promotion campaign and issuing invoice for rewarder

Checking and issue Debit Note to Kao Affiliates

Follow up payment from Kao affiliates for other receivable & clear in SAP

Issuing invoice to employee who received gift in year end party, contest

Issuing invoice for selling scrap and follow up payment

3. Auditing/Tax inspenction

PIC prepare data and working with internal/external auditor or tax inspector during the auditing period

Measurement Criteria

In compliance with Tax requirement about invoice

Minimum requirements

- Education: University graduated in Accounting and/or Finance

- Job-related experience: 3 years experience in Accounting field

- Specific knowledge:

Good at using Word, Excel

Knowledge about Tax requirement

- Business understanding:

- Other requirements: Highly responsible in working and duty;
