About the job:

Social Account Associate will join our fast growing Social Commerce team — someone with solid experience in account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a sharp eye for numbers and performance metrics. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver impactful social commerce strategies for our clients. You will also play a key role in budget allocation, performance monitoring, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account & Project Management

  • Own project management from planning, execution to performance evaluation.
  • Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth and professional day-to-day communication.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships while proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Offer strategic recommendations and solutions tailored to client objectives and market trends.

2. Social Commerce Planning

  • Develop and implement innovative social commerce plans, especially on platforms like TikTok and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (social media, creative, content, and production) to ensure cohesive campaign execution that aligns with brand goals.
  • Stay up-to-day with the latest trends and best practices in social commerce, creator economy, and consumer behavior.

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Review and analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Use data-driven insights to support the refinement of strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in presenting results and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in account management, ideally within an MCN, e-commerce enabler, or marketing agency environment.
  • Understanding of TikTok, social commerce trends, or the digital media landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage and influence clients at all levels.
  • Strong logical thinking and analytical mindset — able to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Highly collaborative with excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
