Mô tả Công việc

Sourcing Associate ( need at least 3 years experience)

Source and develop new suppliers which can provide competitive price, can meet quality and compliance expectations
Work closely with head office team to perform costing exercise/ open buy costing with vendors
Sort through all fabrics/ wash standards/embellishments to ensure all information is accurate and updated during pricing and meeting with vendors
Join meeting with buyers/ negotiate the price with vendor to place orders the order, and write up meeting recap with all confirmed information
Inform the Merchandising team of order information and arrange pending work
Track and follow up during order placement process, and work with vendor if any design/fabric change occurs after placing an order
Assist Merchandise team for any bulk production issues if they are relevant to the sourcing process
Give reasonable suggestions to designer/buyer for orders
Special projects as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University degree in major in Garment/ Textile or related field
1+ years of experience in the fashion industry
Proven ability to work with international business partner to drive results
Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Teamwork
