Job Requirements
· At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a team lead or recruitment management role.
· Experience in fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, service, or fast-growing business environments is preferred.
· Strong experience in recruiting for Back Office, Retail, Commercial, Operations, and management-level positions.
· Experience in international hiring or regional recruitment is a plus.
· Good understanding of recruitment channels, sourcing methods, recruitment funnel, and candidate engagement.
· Experience in Employer Branding, recruitment marketing, or social media recruitment is preferred.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
· Good English communication skills.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to track recruitment performance and improve hiring effectiveness.
· Proactive, fast-paced, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Working Time
· Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
· Saturday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, every other week
