Mô tả Công việc

Technical (75%)

Inspect, review, and modify technical drawings to ensure production feasibility.
Collaborate with Production to adjust drawings based on practical manufacturing feedback.
Review drawings, cutting lists, technical manuals, and assembly instructions before releasing to production.
Ensure all drawings and technical specifications are properly documented and controlled.
Monitor production processes to ensure products are manufactured according to drawings and technical standards.
Provide technical support and propose solutions when issues arise during production.

Lean / Continuous Improvement (25%)

Identify production inefficiencies and propose improvement actions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Lead or participate in Lean projects (layout improvement, process optimization, line balancing, 5S, etc.).
Analyze root causes of quality issues and claims and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Work cross-functionally with PD, Production, and QA to reduce manufacturing cost and risk for new and existing designs.
Monitor KPIs related to efficiency, productivity, and quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Capable of leading small to medium Lean projects independently.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in technical drawing within a manufacturing environment (furniture/sofa industry preferred).
Experience in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement projects is required.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 2D/3D design software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility.
