Mô tả Công việc

1. Trade Marketing Execution

Support and execute trade marketing activities across channels, including:
Trade promotions
Sell-in / sell-out support programs
Channel activation programs
Distributor / retailer / petshop support activities
Merchandising and in-store visibility
Trade branding implementation
POSM deployment and tracking
Coordinate execution across distributors, dealers, retailers, petshops, and trade partners.

2. POSM & Marketing Material Management

Manage development and deployment of marketing materials, including:
POSM
Standees
Banners
Brochures
Sales kits
Event branding materials
Promotional items
Track inventory, allocation, production timelines, and deployment status.

3. Event & Activation Support

Support planning and execution of:
Trade events
In-store activations
Customer engagement activities
Coordinate logistics, setup, materials, timeline, and onsite execution.

4. Vendor Sourcing & Trade Procurement Support

Proactively source and coordinate vendors for trade marketing and marketing execution activities, including:
POSM production vendors
Printing suppliers
Display / booth fabrication vendors
Event & activation suppliers
Promotional gift suppliers
Merchandising materials suppliers

5. Channel & Sales Coordination

Work closely with Sales and commercial teams to:
Support trade activity execution
Collect market feedback
Monitor competitor activities
Support distributor and channel communication
Track promotion and activation effectiveness

6. Reporting & Marketing Operations

Support marketing operation activities, including:
Budget tracking
Program recap & reporting
Documentation management
Activity performance tracking
Purchase request / PO support

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales Support or related functions.
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, pet care,…or related industries is preferred.
Skills & Competencies

Strong execution capability
Trade marketing understanding
Vendor sourcing & coordination skills
Event and activation management capability
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Technical Skills

Preferred proficiency in:
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic procurement coordination

Working location: Phu Huu, Ho Chi Minh City
