1. Sales Admin (35%):
· To support the Commercial Manager in Sales of Malt and By Product.
· To manage end to end process of Sales process by customers which is assigned by Sr SCM & CM
· Implement and continually improve and develop SAP system.
· Work with the Logistic team, Operations and Sales to ensure customer deliveries and documentation meets customer requirements.
· Manage assigned Commercial Contracts and ensure they meet legal, company and customer requirements.
· Following up the payments from customers.
· Liaising with customers in a timely and professional manner.
· Generate reports as required eg Contract Monitoring.
· Maintain and Develop SOPs to comply with the requirements from third parties e.g.: ISO, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER & Internal Audit.
2. Logistics (65%):
· Responsible for creating the delivery plan for assigned customers on SAP to match customer’s request.
· Manage importation of barley and equipment as assigned Sr SCM
· Obtaining freight costs with forwarders and booking of export shipment.
· Generate shipping documents for assigned export and domestic customers.
· Arranging with service provider to obtain the phytosanitary, COO, health inspection, etc. to get certificates on time.
· Allocating shipment costs for assigned customers and suppliers.
· Control & take ownership for the related SOPs to comply with the requirements from other parties: ISO, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER & Internalt Audit.
· To support Sr SCM in liaising with authorities, government and customers as required.
3. Other Assigned Tasks:
· Support Commercial Manager/Senior Director in preparation of monthly report.
· Maintain full tracking spreadsheet for Sales and Barley Procurement.
· Ensure all raw material procurement contracts (Barley) are up to date, filed and sent to relevant parties.
4. Other Duties as Required:
· As assigned by Management.
