Primary Purpose:
As a B2B Marketing Executive, you will partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy for our product brands and corporate brand. Your focus is to drive visibility, demand, and market share in the North and Center regions, with collaboration to support broader national initiatives as needed. You will plan, implement, and benchmark programs that engage developers, architects, designers, contractors, hoteliers, and related communities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and sales objectives. This role requires a hands-on marketer with strong collaboration skills, data-driven thinking, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable programs.
Responsibilities:
1. Co-create and implement integrated B2B marketing strategies and tactics targeting:
2. Build, manage, and optimize joint marketing activities with Key Accounts, developers, architecture firms, design agencies, contractors, and channel partners in collaboration with brand teams and the project sales team to generate and nurture pipeline.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with key communities and organizations (architecture & design firms, industry associations, universities, sponsorship partners) through events, seminars, talks, sponsorships, and other engagement formats.
4. Consolidate, analyze, and present project market research and data to inform go-to-market planning, targeting, and sales enablement; support the expansion of the sales network and onboarding of new projects.
5. Support the development of project-specific marketing assets and communications, including fan pages, websites, brochures, case studies, presentations, and digital campaigns.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Brand, Content, Digital, Events) to ensure consistent messaging, budget adherence, and measurement of program effectiveness.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager to achieve department goals
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B marketing, project marketing, or marketing for real estate, building materials, or related industries
- Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills (English), at least spoken and written
- Experience in agencies for events holding & Marketing of real estate companies or building material companies is an advantage
- Simple design/familiar with simple video editing is also an added value.
