The Commercial Finance Business Partner will work in partnership with Commercial stake holders (mainly Sales and Marketing departments) across the business to support for a profitable growth strategy. He/she will also work closely with other members of the Finance team, in particular Local Finance, Costing team, FSSC, IT, IC. His/her objectives are to maintain finance systems and controls in place and to ensure the implementation of good practice in commercial proposal development throughout the organisation (Company & FGM South) and provide 'real time' support and analysis in order to assist in decision making.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
1. Strategy & planning
▪ A member of financial plans/budget process
▪ Implementation of systems and process improvements in commercial finance and across relevant business units in order to maintain data accuracy & data availability
▪ Contributing to financial projects as part of the overall finance function
2. Market building and best practices
▪ Promote the work of Commercial Finance and support the implementation of good practice throughout the organisation.
3. Relationship, stakeholder and key account management
▪ Build and maintain relationships with internal clients in order to develop tools and provide support for any product orientated development
▪ Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information, Meaningful analysis/recommendation to support for decision making
▪ Proactive propose & take action for performance improvement ideas
4. Professional expertise and development
▪ Ownership of the Pricing and Margin model. Ensuring its appropriateness across the functions/BUs.
▪ Oversee the reporting against agreed Key Performance Indicators for commercial finance demonstrating the value added to the business.
▪ Responsible for rebate & promotion review & recommendation
▪ Responsible for credit limit, credit term review, debt provision & relevance
▪ Work proactively, seek to understand the interdependencies and connections Finance work with other functions
▪ A member of month-end closing & reporting cycle
5 Risk Management and Compliance Monitoring
▪ Build the drafting of key policy documents to ensure full compliance to the organisation's rules and regulations governing transactions
▪ Deliver Value for Money and enhanced reporting approaches for use in strengthening commercial tenders and improving transparency of results.

1. Education:
▪ Bachelor/ Master’s degree specialized in Finance/Controlling
2. Experience:
▪ Proven experience in working with Commercial functions, business partnering
▪ Experience of financial planning, monitoring and reporting process;
▪ Experience of developing and optimising accounting and planning applications
3. Communication & Presentation skills:
▪ Interpersonal, communication and influencing skills;
▪ People skills to implement change programs
4. Computer Microsoft office skills:
▪ Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office skills, in particular advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint
5. Other Accountability:
▪ Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
▪ Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
▪ Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment.
6. Language skills:
▪ Good in speaking and writing in both Vietnamese & English.
