Mô tả Công việc

Responsibilities and Duties:

·         Monitor, check, and manage contracts including: lease agreements, electricity & water contracts, construction, repair, and maintenance contracts.

·         Handle and track payments: rent, deposits & refunds, utilities, construction, repair, maintenance, PCCC, fixtures, solar energy, and related expenses.

·         Reconcile payments, advances and reimbursements; work closely with Accounting Team to ensure complete and timely documentation.

·         Review contractor quotations, tender documents, and compare construction costs and rental fees with BOQ (at a basic level).

·         Track construction progress, acceptance, payments, and construction warranty period (13 months).

·         Monitor store operations related to utilities, power outage schedules, and operational issues.

·         Update and manage store information on Google Maps and the Expansion/location planning map.

·         Coordinate with Legal on business license applications and related legal procedures

·         Receive updates from stakeholders, track expansion progress, and prepare monthly Expansion reports.

·         Prepare visiting files, scan, and archive all contracts and documents on system.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications

-          Fluency in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

-          Experience: 2+ years of experience in Admin/ Assistant / Operations / Expansion is a plus.

-          Adaptability: Comfortable working in dynamic environments such as retail stores, expansion, and other operational areas.

-          Problem Solving: Strong decision-making abilities, capable of handling day-to-day operational challenges independently.

-          Pragmatic Approach: A results-oriented mindset, with a focus on efficiency and practical solutions.

-          Coordination & communication: Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
