Mô tả Công việc

Targets of the position:

Site Identification & Acquisition

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential store locations.

• Scout, evaluate, and shortlist optimal locations based on footfall, demographics, accessibility, and surrounding retail mix.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective sites to support the store rollout plan.

Negotiation & Contracting

• Lead lease or purchase negotiations with landlords, developers, and agents.

• Work with legal and finance teams to draft, review, and finalize property contracts.

• Ensure favorable commercial terms aligned with company budgets and risk profiles.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with Construction, Legal, and Store Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor progress from site acquisition to store handover, ensuring timely openings.

• Support due diligence processes, including zoning, permits, utilities, and compliance.

Market Strategy & Planning

• Contribute to regional and national expansion strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for proposed sites.

• Assist in setting yearly targets and KPIs for store development

Qualifications

- University/ College degree.

- Good planning, organizing & time management skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Detailed oriented and able to handle multitasks.

- Strong leadership and relationship management.
