JOB PURPOSE:
The job contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by performing two roles:
- Overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities;
- Managing personnel records, updating databases, and assisting in HR operations
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & OUTCOMES:
1. Financial Controller: Ensuring the business sustainability by performing but not limited to following tasks:
1.1. Preparing, analyzing, and suggesting budgets (including investment ratio) of upcoming years for whole company and each Business Unit
Financial Health: Profit, cash flow
1.2. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting budget variances, which areas (in business and/or operations) need to improve.
1.3. Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance.
1.4. Collaborating with Accounting Service to provide timely accurate accounting & financial reports to MD (including month-end reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements).

1.5. Ensuring compliance with government regulations by conducting periodical review on any legal matters (ex: service agreement, labor contract, ..), company documentation.

2. HR Administration:
2.1. Recommending, communicating, explaining general Employee Policies (Performance Bonus, Sales Incentive, Merit Increase, Annual Leave, Team Building Activities, …)
Transparent Employee Policies
2.2. Handling timely and accurately monthly payroll of all types of employees, as well as implicated benefits (ex: SI, HI, UI, annual leave, traveling & phone allowances, medical exam – in collaboration with Personnel Admin, ...)
Accurate & timely monthly payroll and employee benefits
2.3. Maintaining physical & digital personnel records (labor contracts, job offer letter, salary & bonus letter, personal bank accounts, working days, …)
Labor Compliance Support
2.4. Assisting recruitment tasks including job ads, scheduling job interviews, orientation & induction plan for new employees
Timely on-boarding & smooth integration of new employees
2.5. Suggesting and organizing training programs to reinforce capabilities of official employees.

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 12:00 PM | 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Education : University graduated in Accounting or Finance
Related Experience : Have experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Payroll & Personnel Admin

Computer: maximize Microsoft Office Tools to optimize business operating process
English: Able to communicate about job matters, can translate English to Vietnamese (essential) and vice-versa (desirable).
