Mô tả Công việc

Record daily accounting transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Review payment documents, prepare online bank payment submissions for approval, and handle related banking transactions.
Issue invoices and support the Project Department in preparing project settlement documentation.
Monitor and calculate project costs to ensure accurate cost tracking and control.
Prepare tax reports, including VAT, PIT, and CIT declarations, in compliance with statutory requirements.
Perform monthly and yearly closing procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
Check, organize, and manage accounting documents, invoices, and accounting ledgers.
Carry out other tasks assigned by the Manager or Directors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
Good communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle tasks flexibly and efficiently.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or project-based environments is preferred
Proficient in accounting software such as MISA, FAST, or equivalent systems.

Benefits

Salary: VND 13,000,000 - 17,000,000 gross/month

Age range: 28 - 42 years old
