Job Overview:
The General Accountant plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial management and compliance for ACC. This position covers cashier operations, banking, asset and inventory tracking, accounts receivable (AR) direct billing, and financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), and the ability to support both internal and external audits.
Job Descriptions:
Daily Operations

Manage petty cash, cash sales, and reconciliations.
Record bank payments, staff advances, AR/AP, and clinic transfers.
Handle direct billing: verify insurance, prepare claims, follow up collections.
Issue invoices when required.

Monthly Reporting

Record depreciation, accruals, and expenses.
Conduct cash counts, inventory checks, and bank reconciliations.
Reconcile AR/AP and internal balances.
Prepare timely reports and support audits.

Year-End Reporting

Verify assets and inventory with admin & auditors.
Support internal/external audits and compliance.

General Requirements

Follow SOPs, VAS, and legal regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data.
Ensure proper filing and backups of records.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a foreign company.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of responsibility, integrity, and resilience under pressure.
