Mô tả Công việc

Role Purpose:

Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day bookkeeping, document checking and basic tax & reporting tasks in compliance with Vietnamese regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily accounting transactions in the accounting software (AP, AR, Expense).
Check and file invoices, receipts and payment documents properly.
Support preparation of VAT, PIT and other tax reports as guided by the Chief Accountant.
Check input + output VAT invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Assist in preparing data for audits, inspections and internal reviews.
Assist in reconciling supplier and customer balances.
Follow up with suppliers/customers on missing documents when needed.
Maintain proper filing (physical + electronic) of accounting and tax documents.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
Basic knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations (VAT, PIT, CIT is a plus).
Good skills in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting softwares (MISA, Fast, SAP or similar is a plus)
