Mô tả Công việc

  • Manage and grow key strategic accounts within the food chain segment to achieve gross merchandise volume (GMV) targets and align with the company’s growth strategy.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new restaurant chain partners to expand the company’s customer network.
  • Maintain and update customer database while continuously developing new accounts monthly; build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor account performance and business activities of assigned clients; provide regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Proactively handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the restaurant chain segment or F&B industry.
  • Proven experience working with large enterprises or chain brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
