Mô tả Công việc

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Executive to manage and oversee international shipping activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth import and export operations, timely deliveries, and compliance with local and international regulations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Check and coordinate all shipping supporting Document with forwarder and factory for both Import and Export items
Obtain Ex-factory dates and shipping schedule (ETD/ETA) from factories to the Vietnam port and update project schedules accordingly.
Calculate and process duties and taxes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Liaise with the Accounts department regarding import duties and VAT to ensure proper financial management of shipments.
Notify the PM and Sales departments of ETAs, container quantities, and packaging details.
Arrange for Transportation, Warehousing and site of Imported or Exported Goods
Regularly review shipping rates, vessel schedules, port conditions, and organize upcoming shipments.
Monitor debit records and track shipment timelines; submit monthly reports to the Accounting (ACC) department and Team Leader.
Follow up on Purchase Orders (POs) and proactively find better solutions for new shipments and adapt to any changes in regulations.
Maintain the accuracy and completeness of our date records
Other tasks assigned by Team Leader and Director

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree: University/ College
From 1 to 2 years of experience in the import/ export field, especially in customs clearance. Forwarding experience is preferred
Good at Law in Customs, have good knowledge of all kinds of Goods & HS code as well as the related rules for import/export of them
Solve critical issues about customs clearance
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High organizational skills and ability to manage many projects and teams at the same time.
Being detail-oriented is required.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Can-do attitude
Support Team Leader on her other assignments
Good command in English
Good Computer skills (MS Office)
