Mô tả Công việc

Prepare BOQ and quotations
Understand and interpret technical requirement and provide technical information to supervisor
Coordinate with sales, factory and local vendor/supplier on projects
Able to understand logistic, labour and transportation cost is added value
Place orders by transferring orders to factory and coordinate with factory for all necessaries
Prepare and design AutoCAD layout plan & technical drawing as client/designer needs
Able to prepare Purchase order (PO) and invoices
To assist in ad-hoc assignments from time to time

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Proficient in English speaking and writing
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma in Interior/Industrial Design or its equivalent
Minimum 2 years of related working experience is an advantage; with office furniture background is added value
Able to work independently under tight timelines
Active learning and growth mindset
Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
