Mô tả Công việc

As a Logistics Flow Drive Specialist, you will oversee export shipping operations, manage SAP documentation, and optimize transport costs. We are looking for a proactive, English-speaking candidate with strong trade knowledge to handle daily operations and solve shipping issues effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Shipment Coordination: Manage full-cycle shipping operations, from booking requests to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between Suppliers, Forwarders, and Buyers.

· Cost Optimization: Analyze and optimize shipment loading plans to maximize space utilization and minimize transport expenses.

· Documentation & SAP: Verify and validate all shipping documents (B/L, C/O, Packing Lists) and ensure accurate data entry in the SAP system.

· Monitoring & Problem Solving: Track daily shipment status, detect operational anomalies, report critical issues to managers, and proactively resolve delays.

· Billing Management: Verify logistics bills and collaborate with the Finance department to process expense payments.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in Logistics/Export, preferably in Trading companies or Freight Forwarding environments.
Trade Knowledge: Solid understanding of Incoterms, international transport regulations, and Customs (HS) codes for consumer products.
Documentation: Skilled in analyzing shipping documents (B/L, C/O, CMR) and detecting operational anomalies to optimize processes.
System & Finance: Familiarity with Logistics software/TMS and basic accounting knowledge.
Language: Proficient in English (verbal & written). French communication is a strong plus.
Personal Attributes: Self-reliant, dynamic, efficient, patient, and good time-management skills.

Working time: 9:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 18:00 Monday through Friday
