Mô tả Công việc

Familiar with SMT, wave, laser soldering, potting and coating machine setup and operate the machines.
Define and train the team in soldering & gluing skills. Familiar with the IPC requirement on solder, glue dispensing and rework
Troubleshoot for machine, jigs and fixtures issues and lead the maintenance
Define and monitor the maintenance plan for all the jigs, fixtures and machines
Define the manufacturing processes and design suitable tooling for SMT & Assembly processes for new project and mass production
Define and prepare process flow and work instruction for the production
Follow up and implement the ECN requirement in production
Lead and define PCN for improving processes, quality control, efficiency or correcting processes by analyzing production figures

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University graduated in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or related subjects
A certificate in soldering work (Thru hole and SMD) will be an advantage.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Factory, with processes of SMT, Manual Insertion, Assembly and box build
Able to read PCB file, gerber and schematic
Familiar with different common manufacturing tools (profile kit, soldering set, hot air blower, etc.)
Familiar with the jigs and fixtures fabrication processes. Able to work with our vendors for new jigs and fixtures fabrication
Knowledge in IPC 610 is more preferable.
Familiar with one piece flow and lean manufacturing
Proficiency on English reading and writing. Mandarin is an advantage
More experience can consider as Senior Engineer, Manufacturing
