Mô tả Công việc

Assist the General Manager/ Asst General Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks
Provide interpretation and translation
Monitor work progress and prepare reports as required
Arrange schedules, meetings, and prepare meeting minutes
Coordinate with different departments to implement management directives
Perform other duties assigned by the GM/ AGM

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Proficiency in Chinese or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Careful, responsible, and well-organized
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience as an assistant or secretary is an advantage
