Mô tả Công việc

This position is for a 9-month contract; however, if the headcount expands after this period, you will be considered for a permanent role.

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in building market intelligence database, producing real estate market report of Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces, and consult for investment team.

Key Responsibilities/ Duties

Data Collection: Collect data relating to real estate projects, legal update, infrastructure development by contacting sales agents, agencies or using personal network.
Research & Recommendation: Research on potential projects and recommendation for pricing, development concept to supervise for investment team and other departments.
Data Management: Maintain and update database.
Cooperation & Reporting:
- Liaise with real estate consultancy firm for market report.
- Produce market research report by monthly, quarterly, and yearly & other specific reports with support of Deputy Business Development Manager.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management

Person Specifications

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree.
Experience: At least 3 years of working experience.
Specific skills / abilities:
- Must have a good network to collect data and be able to consolidate information to produce market report when being requested.
- Must have good experience in analysis and consultancy.
- Must have good report writing and presentation skills in English.
Personal qualities: Should have detail-oriented and logical characteristics with an open mindset.
