Mô tả Công việc

Collaborate with the sales team and agents to gather buyer information, calculate selling prices and promotions based on current sales schemes, and prepare Sales & Purchase Agreements and related documentation;
Phối hợp với đội ngũ kinh doanh và đại lý để thu thập thông tin khách hàng, tính giá bán và chương trình khuyến mãi dựa trên chính sách bán hàng hiện hành, và chuẩn bị Hợp đồng Mua Bán cùng các tài liệu liên quan;
Manage the end-to-end Sales & Purchase Contract process: submit signed buyer documents for management approval and ensure timely return of completed contracts to buyers;
Quản lý toàn bộ quy trình Hợp đồng Mua Bán: nộp hồ sơ ký kết từ khách hàng để trình phê duyệt, và đảm bảo hợp đồng hoàn chỉnh được trả lại cho khách hàng đúng thời hạn;
Accurately input and maintain purchaser data in the internal system;
Nhập liệu chính xác và quản lý thông tin khách hàng trong hệ thống nội bộ;
Address and resolve any issues related to buyers or sales contracts in a professional and timely manner.
Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến khách hàng hoặc hợp đồng mua bán một cách chuyên nghiệp và kịp thời;
Prepare regular sales reports and handle urgent reporting needs as requested by supervisors;
Chuẩn bị các báo cáo bán hàng định kỳ và xử lý các báo cáo đột xuất theo yêu cầu của cấp trên;
Participate in weekend sales events as planned or upon request;
Tham gia các sự kiện bán hàng cuối tuần theo kế hoạch hoặc theo yêu cầu;
Provide support for various tasks related to the purchasers, sales team and sales agents;
Hỗ trợ các công việc liên quan đến khách hàng, đội ngũ kinh doanh và đại lý bán hàng;
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Deputy Manager or Manager.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Phó Trưởng phòng hoặc Trưởng phòng;
Ensure full compliance with the company's Quality, Safety & Health and Environment policies.
Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ các chính sách về Chất lượng, An toàn Sức khỏe và Môi trường của công ty

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor in relevant majors
Relevant experience is an advantage
Microsoft Office skills, able to speak basic English.
Able to work independently, hardworking, initiative and able to interact with all staff. Good communication, presentation, negotiation skills, report and analysis skills.
