Account management

Connect with customers through email writing and direct communication via other digital platforms
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients

Project coordination

Coordinate with internal team to meet customer needs: Quotation, Prototyping, Logistic
Coordinate to prepare for international trade fairs, exhibitions, conference

Customer research

Gather and analyze customers/ projects information in the overseas market

Customer care/ sales activities

Arrange online/in-person meetings to introduce the company to potential partners
Arrange schedules for visitors touring the factory

Others

Prepare a weekly sales report and market insight to the Business Development Director
Market and Competitor analysis (basic)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics or related fields.
Experienced in working with project clients and B2B businesses.
Good interpersonal skills: Communication, teamwork, problem analysis and solving.
Sales prospecting skills: identify, research and target to potential clients.
Fluent in English (min 6.5 IELTS equivalent)
Growth mindset, sense of responsibility, honesty, respect for customers.
