Mô tả Công việc

Purchasing

Develop and search for new sources from new suppliers.
Ensure procurement is carried out on time, in the required quantity, and with the specified quality.
Always ensure a stable supply source to support the business.
Perform price comparisons, conduct tenders according to company regulations, ensure competitive prices, in line with the objectives set by Management.
Prepare contracts, orders, and payments for both domestic and international suppliers.
Handle any incidents or complaints during the purchasing process.

Procurement Leadership

Lead and supervise the Procurement team in sourcing façade materials, aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, and specialized systems.
Oversee and inspect product quality, ensuring it meets customers' technical and aesthetic standards.
Coordinate supplier prequalification, technical evaluations, and cost benchmarking.
Ensure procurement plans align with preconstruction assumptions and project budgets.
Monitor supplier performance related to quality, technical compliance, and delivery capability during early project phases.

Coordination with Logistics Department

Monitor the company's import-export shipments, ensure that documents are prepared and accurate for customs declaration.
Handle incidents and complaints during the process of transporting goods and import-export.
Work closely with the Logistics Department to ensure smooth delivery, transportation, and customs clearance.
Provide complete documentation, ordering details, and delivery terms as required.
Support handling issues related to delivery delays or supplier errors during transportation.

Supplier & System Development

Build, evaluate, and develop a network of strategic suppliers.
Regularly review supplier performance, costs, and risks.
Maintain procurement data in ERP/SAP systems; report regularly to the Procurement Manager.

Team Management

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and develop staff capabilities.
Train new staff, support initiatives to improve procurement processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Foreign Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement, including 2 years in a managerial position.
Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and skilled in Excel and Word.
Strong negotiation, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings; knowledge of mechanical/construction materials is a plus.
Experience working in manufacturing, construction, or mechanical companies.
