Mô tả Công việc

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall assembly shop operations to ensure productivity, quality, and delivery targets
Plan production (manpower, equipment, materials) according to production schedule
Monitor and control daily/weekly/monthly output and KPIs
Optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen…)
Coordinate with related departments (Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain)
Manage and develop production team (supervisors, engineers, operators)
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company regulations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields
5+ years experience in production/assembly, including leadership role
Strong knowledge of assembly processes and production management
Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience with Lean Manufacturing is a plus

Preferred

Experience in automotive / electronics / manufacturing industry
Familiar with ERP/MES systems
English communication is an advantage
