NITTO-FUJI INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM CO., LTD. was founded as the first pre-mix flour manufacturer in Vietnam which is one hundred percent Japanese owned company in June 2006.

We manufacture all kinds of pre-mix flour for various foods and provide them in Vietnam’s market & overseas.

Location: VSIP 1, Binh Hoa, HCMC

Position: Productions staff - Male under 28 ages
Production Planning Job Description

Develop and maintain production plans based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and available production capacity.
Schedule and coordinate production activities, adjusting plans as needed to respond to changing priorities or operational constraints.
Ensure the availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials by closely coordinating with Procurement and Warehouse teams.
Monitor and track production progress, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or bottlenecks.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production status, capacity utilization, and material requirements.
Collaborate with Production Supervisors to ensure production schedules are followed and workflows are optimized.
Analyze demand trends and production data to support continuous improvement in planning processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP/MRP systems to support effective planning and reporting.
Conduct root-cause analysis of production delays or deviations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field is required for this role.

2. Benefits:

Working day: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
Bonus twice per year based on company performance & individual performance.
Shuttle bus provided for staff living in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai. Priority will be given to candidates living in Binh Duong
